This page explains how to delete the personal data Ever Oxygen BD (everoxygenbd.com) holds about you, including data we received when you signed in with Facebook through our “Ever Oxygen BD Login” app.
1. Ask us to delete your data
Contact us in either of these ways:
- Email info@everoxygenbd.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
- Call or WhatsApp +8801715532130 (open 24/7).
Please include the name on your account and the email address or phone number you used with us, so we can find the right account.
We will confirm your request and delete your account data, including your name, email address, profile picture and Facebook user ID received via Facebook Login, within 30 days. We will let you know once it is done.
Order and invoice records that we are required by law to keep (for example, for accounting and tax) are kept only for that purpose and are not used for anything else.
2. Remove our app from your Facebook account
You can also stop our app from receiving any further data from Facebook:
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Open Apps and websites.
- Find Ever Oxygen BD Login.
- Select Remove.
Removing the app on Facebook stops future data sharing. To also delete the data we already hold, send us a deletion request as described in step 1.
For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
