1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Ever Oxygen BD (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects personal information. Ever Oxygen BD (everoxygenbd.com) is a Dhaka-based medical equipment business established in 2016. We sell, rent and service oxygen concentrators, CPAP and BiPAP machines, oxygen cylinders, wheelchairs, hospital beds and related accessories.

This policy covers our website, online orders, orders placed by phone or WhatsApp, and our delivery, rental and service work.

2. Information We Collect

Contact and account details: name, phone number, email address and delivery address.
Order details: products ordered, rental or service requests, order history and delivery notes.
Payment status: whether an order is paid, the payment method and transaction reference (for example a bKash or Nagad transaction ID). We do not collect or store card numbers or card details; if a card payment is made, it is handled entirely by the payment provider.
Device and browser data: IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited, collected through server logs and cookies.
Information you choose to share: some customers choose to share a prescription or their equipment requirements (for example, a required oxygen flow rate) so we can supply the right product. We only use this to fulfil the order or service you request. We do not collect medical information by default.

3. Facebook Login

You can choose to create an account or sign in on everoxygenbd.com using “Continue with Facebook”. If you do, Facebook shares only the following with us, under the public_profile and email permissions:

your email address
your profile picture
your Facebook user ID

We use this information only to create your account and sign you in on everoxygenbd.com. We do not post anything to Facebook on your behalf, we do not sell or share this data with anyone, and we do not use it for any other purpose. We keep it while your account is active and delete it when you ask us to. See our User Data Deletion Instructions.

4. How We Use Information

To process and confirm orders.
To deliver products and to provide rental, installation and repair services.
To provide customer support by phone, WhatsApp and email.
To send order-related SMS and notifications, and one-time sign-in codes.
To prevent fraud and protect our customers and website.
To maintain and improve our website.

5. Sharing and Third Parties

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers we need to run our service, and only the information each one needs:

Delivery: Steadfast Courier, and our own or contracted delivery riders, receive your name, phone number, address and order details to deliver your order.
SMS: our SMS providers (MiMSMS, with sms.bd as backup) receive your phone number and the message text to send one-time codes and order messages.
Payments: bKash, Nagad and banks process payments you make to us under their own privacy policies.
Analytics: Google (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics) receives technical usage data, as described in section 6.
Website hosting, security and performance: our hosting provider and Cloudflare process technical data (such as IP address) to serve and protect the website.
Facebook (Meta): only if you use Facebook Login, as described in section 3.

We may also disclose information when required by law or by a lawful request from a public authority, or to protect our rights, customers or property.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies that are necessary for the website to work, such as keeping you signed in, keeping your cart and protecting forms from abuse. Security and caching services may also set technical cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the website (such as the cart and checkout) may not work without them.

We use Google Tag Manager to load analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, that help us understand how visitors use the website (for example, which pages are visited and how visitors arrive). These tools use cookies and receive technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on or by blocking cookies.

7. Data Retention

Accounts: kept while your account is active, and deleted when you request deletion.
Order and invoice records: kept for as long as required for accounting, tax, warranty and legal purposes.
Data received via Facebook Login: kept while your account is active, and deleted on request.
Technical logs: kept for a limited time for security and troubleshooting.

8. Data Security

The whole website is served over HTTPS. Access to customer information is protected by passwords and access controls, and only staff who need it to handle your order, delivery or service can see it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

9. Your Rights

You can ask us to:

tell you what personal information we hold about you;
correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
delete your account and personal information.

10. Children

Our website and services are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Orders for a patient who is a child should be placed by a parent or guardian.
